The principal CWW publications are provided for members without charge. Members may request amended details, or a new version of the text list at any time. Circle publications are also available to non–members (see below).
The membership list
The membership list of the Circle of Wine Writers is an invaluable tool for anyone who wishes to reach directly the key opinion-formers in the field of wine and spirits communication - indeed, no wine or spirits' marketing or PR executive should be without it!
Our list is available in two searchable formats:
(a) The complete list in Microsoft Word. This contains a comprehensive entry for each CWW member listing full contact details, the titles of the publications for whom they write, the titles of any books published, specialities, television and broadcasting work … and much, much more.
(b) As a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel. This provides a précis of the information found in the full list. However, its major asset is its ease of use for mail merge purposes, a significant time-saving advantage for anyone handling mass mailings on a regular basis.
Both lists are electronic and are sent as convenient email attachments. Furthermore, an annual subscription buys you a full year's worth of monthly updates (e.g. changes of address, telephone, etc.), sent by email.
Annual Subscription Prices:
1) The CWW list in Microsoft Word: £95 per annum, including a full year of amended details
2) The CWW list in Microsoft Excel: £95 per annum, including a full year of amended details
3) A joint subscription to (1) and (2): £170 per annum, including a full year of amended details
4) A single copy of either list for one-off use is £75.

Payment for publications or events may be made via PayPal, using either of the buttons below, or by bank transfer (in which case, please contact the administrator), and the invoice can be faxed or posted, as required. On receipt of payment your list will be despatched immediately by email, and Circle Update by post from the next available issue. Subsequent amendments to the list will be despatched as necessary, up to the end of your subscription. Please note that the Circle is not registered for VAT.
